There would be 5 stars instead of 3 stars if it weren't for the miscommunication from a staff member. Rug is exactly what the picture looks like and was delivered fast.

I finally received it the evening and have no idea yet if I like it. I'm giving only 3 stars because the courier, DHL was really awful. The first day that it was supposed to arrive, I got an email after 5pm saying that the driver attempted delivery at 3:43 and there was nobody home. 1] I had signed up for an email notice when it was out for delivery and that did not arrive. 2] I had signed up for non-signature delivery. 3] I was home all day and looking for it. In other words, the whole thing was fake. I even have video proof that nobody was there at that time since the Amazon guy is on my door camera just a few minutes different and nobody from DHL was there that day. Also, it was almost impossible to get to a live human at DHL (I finally did). Yes, it arrived at after 7pm the next day. This is terrible service. I wasted a whole day waiting for it when I had other things, away from the house, that I needed to do.

Rug looks fantastic when down on the floor and doesn't slip which we wanted. However in couple of areas the stitching was not finished and loose which was disappointing. My daughter managed to push the loose section back down wherever it should be so not showing now. Ideally would not have had to do that.

They have a great selection and their customer service is good about getting back to you. I ordered a hall runner from them and it arrived with a hole in it. Customer service was great and got another one on the way and I returned the first one. The second one arrived damaged as well on the back. I am not waiting another month for another replacement. The shipping package of these rugs is questionable at best. Good product but has very poor shipping.

A little disappointed you sent the grey one instead of the tango blue I'm keeping it but not going to put it where the blue one was going. Other than that very good quality

runner arrived well packed and in good time - however, my fault I had ordered the wrong size and it was far too big for the area in the hall. not overly pleased with the quality of the rug and would have sent it back but have had people staying including a 93 year old so have not had the time - probably to late now.

Quality very good am happy with that but very disappointed with colour ? I have paid to have stairs painted bright white with expensive paint to match black runner with White arrived with edgings creamy yellowish. I contacted runrug and was disappointed with glib reply about how pictures are taken ? That doesn't help when carpet nothing like advertised

I have not received my rug ot was supposed to be her on feb 23 I have sent a email about it and called leaving a message about it and still haven't heard anything

I ordered 2 rugs 9' & 3' the 3' was cut on a angle. When I talked to them the solution was to cut it myself or send it back. Send a 3' carpet back that their go to through out, that's just making me jump through hoops. I can understand sending back the 9'. Real customer service would just send me a new piece after all it's their poor quality control that messed up. And he told me that's what he tells all of callers that have this problem. Sounds like it happens a lot. Thanks for sending a new piece, I would suggest that you cut every end square and strate I did notice on the 9ft piece it's not completely square. Step up your quality control... or add 2ft so we can cut it.

I ordered two samples thinking that the quality would be a higher quality. Now I'm stuck with samples that were incredibly expensive that I will just throw away.

I have to say, I am disappointed with this mat, it is very thin, not really what I was expecting from the description, I have yet to get it to lie flat, it insists on curling up at the corners, which I keep tripping over. Wouldn't buy this again. In the past I have had good quality mats from you.
