Needed a runner carpet to go on hard floor as dog getting old. Came across Runrug. Far and away best value runner carpet. good quality non slip rug that looks like it will wear well. Really good value and fast delivery.

I have to say Runrug was a great discovery, as I needed simple door mats and you might think, ''So what? They are easily obtainable!'', but that is NOT the case! The usual retail carpet stores are more interested in selling you fitted carpets, and underlay, and don't stock them! You might find a small, high street shop or old fashioned DIY store selling some, but will they be the right size, colour? My local shop didn't have anything to suit! So, I found Runrug, and was amazed to see their selection of door mats, rugs etc. I ordered two, and also was really happy with their 'flash sale' and 20% off, AND free delivery, too! So, placed the order, and then a little later an email to inform me there was an issue with my chosen mats. This was all dealt with by Joe brilliantly! After a couple of email exchanges a suitable new pair of mats was agreed on, that were in stock, and the order despatched, and within just a few days they were with me! Brilliant customer service from Joe, thank you, and amazing value, and professionalism from the company! Brilliant Runrug, I will be using you again in the future and can highly recommend them!

Runrug were quick to email me with regards to my order. Item was found to be faulty and they gave me some options. I chose to order another pattern which arrived very quickly. I thought the customer service was 1st class..

First rug arrived promptly but had minor defect. A short phone call and send a photo and replacement agreed and despatched next day and arrived day after. Collection arranged of faulty rug. Cannot fault the service. Always judge a company by how they handle problems. Rate first class

Runrug really should not have sent me a request for a review, immediately after the poor customer service email I received from them. Product was fine, however, it was delivered to the wrong address. When I reached out to the company to let them know that the proof of delivery photo was of the wrong address, and I had not received my order, it took three days to get a reply. That reply was a thinly veiled accusation of me lying, along with a copy of the photo I had already referenced. No apology, no "we will make this right", and when I replied again that I had already noted that was not my house, their response was to go and check with neighbors. Again, no apology. Finally was able to locate the order, that a neighbor had taken inside their home and forced me to seek them out and plead for my package. This took a lot of extra time and a massive amount of aggravation. An apology and some decent customer service would have been nice. Do not use this company if you are looking for good service.

We understand that it was a frustrating experience for you, and we want to assure you that we take all customer complaints seriously. We contacted the courier to start an investigation into the whereabouts of the shipment as soon as we were made aware of the issue. Regarding the email we sent with a photo of the delivery address, we assure you that this was in no way an accusation of lying. Our intention was simply to try to get to the bottom of the missing shipment, and we were hoping that the photo might provide some clues. We apologize if it caused any additional stress or frustration for you. We are aware that on occasion, couriers may leave parcels with neighbours for safekeeping especially if the address is in a remote area. In this case, it seems that this was what happened, and we are sorry for any frustration this may have caused. At Runrug, we strive to provide excellent customer service, and it saddens us to hear that you feel we failed to meet your expectations. we would like to extend our sincere apologies for any negative experience you had with our company. It is our goal to make every customer interaction as pleasant as possible, and we can assure you that your feedback will be taken into consideration as we continue to improve our service. I ordered two samples thinking that the quality would be a higher quality. Now I'm stuck with samples that were incredibly expensive that I will just throw away.
