“Lovely quality runner. Prompt delivery but disappointed in the poor quality packaging for such a lovely rug.. very thin single wrap shrink wrap which was already shredding off, not impressed think the company could use better quality wrapper”

“Looking for a long rug for the hallway that would match my decor, the rug I choose is perfect in colour, width and length. I am very pleased with my purchase, delivery was excellent quality a little thinner than I expected, however, it does the job.”

Hi Alan, Thank you for leaving us a review. Taking a closer look at your order, we can see that you have purchased a 30cm sample. When purchasing a rug from us, there are two boxes where you are supposed to choose the length and width that you need for your space. We're most known for being able to offer 'any length' rugs! They are not all 'one size'. The image on the listing is of course, just for illustrative purposes. However, as you have made a genuine mistake, I will be happy to authorise a full refund for you, as a gesture of goodwill. Please allow 2-3 working days for your refund to be applied back onto your card. If you would like some assistance placing a new order for the size you need, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. Thank you.

“Had a few glitches. The rug showed up with money due and the ends had no binding. When customer service got back to us they appologised for the mix up and refunded us the extra charge immediatly. And explained our rug did not need binding at the ends. So after as the dust settled and the rug was laid out we were thrilled. It looks so vibrant and does not slip around. Even with nothing under it. So we are very, very happy with our 16 foot hall runner.”

“Runner itself is great but delivery is not good. I paid for next day delivery but it took four days to arrive. I messaged customer service on due day as it had not arrived and got a reply three days later. Using Evri is a big red flag - unreliable. I don't understand why you would use this courier when they have such a poor reputation. This has sullied the whole experience and would deter me from ordering again from you.”
