“There was a slight mix up over delivery, which was down to miscommunication but once sorted (customer services were excellent) the runner was delivered the next day...and it I'd perfect. Great quality and bang on with sizing. Thank you.”

“Bought a rug and after a few days was informed that their present stock had a major fault and they could not send me my order. I was asked if i would like to wait 8 weeks for a new batch or receive my money back. The new rug arrived almost 8 weeks later. Excellent honest service which you cannot fault. Thank you”

“Superb qualitt makes your rugs graar value for money. Probably too good for your business, we bought a 6m carpet runner from you 7 years ago and only changed now due to change in decor Cannot recommend your rugs highly enough, in these times of raising prices congratulations on providing such a great product at an uninflated price”

“This was the only site on which I could find a runner with a pile of less than 7mm. My order was delivered within 2 days and the carpet was exactly as described and pictured on the website. It was a good quality carpet at a very competitive price. I am very happy with it.”
