“The customer should be able to specify the actual length of runner reqired at the initial point of order rather than sending a separate message. The product was thinner than expected but does the job. Advantages it was cut to size and stitch finished on he ends. Communication and delivery was good. Price was fair.”

“First class runner, came as described and well packed. The end was square to.the sides which made the fitting of the runner on the stairs so much easier. I fitted it with a good quality underlay and it feels and looks supperb.”

“We ordered a particular length for our hallway and it's perfect. The colour and design are accurately represented on the website and the pile is nice and tight, so should be very hard wearing as well as easily cleaned, but it's softer on the feet than a jute-type runner; our Dachshund loves it! Delivered on time only a few days after ordering. Excellent value and quality and has been much admired already by several visitors.”
