The rug came very quickly sadly it wasn’t what I was looking for. I returned it straight away but so far I haven’t been refunded so not sure if I would order from you again

The product that I ordered is good. As I ordered 5.40m x 80cm , due the long length, it was not cut properly , shape of the cut is very odd. The runner rolls up leaving lumps along the length .

Hi Patricia, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am very sorry to hear that the thickness of the rug is not what you expected. As advertised, the thickness is only 2mm. The description does also go on to state that this rug is suitable for outdoor and indoor use and it is made using a flatweave technique. Flatweave rugs don't really have any pile to them. My rug was damaged. Looks like the thread on the edging has been pull thru the shrink wrap. I’ve submitted a picture I have not opened. But I will have my contractor to open and review the condition

I love the rug. It’s exactly what I wanted . I gave it 3 stars because Ii paid an extra £5 for next day delivery and it took about 5 days after that to arrive . I had also sent 2 emails to enquire about the late delivery

Looking at your order information we can see that the order was placed on 'Thursday May 23rd'. The tracking information then states that it was delivered successfully on 'Friday May 24th'. Had you perhaps ordered something else from a different company, which was late? We hope to see you again soon! Thank you.

Actual rods very good but they don't manufacturer these, the wood screws that came with them very cheap I'm a carpenter I know what I'm saying poor quality rusty as well poor quality

The product you've purchased is actually very popular and is of wilton-grade quality. It has a thickness of 9mm and is soft and comfortable. Naturally though, it is not a wool product, it is 100% Polypropylene. Polypropylene is very durable and lasts for many years. We do understand that our customers will have different tastes though! Hi John, Thank you for leaving us a review. I can see that your order was placed on a Friday and only 'Standard Delivery' was selected. I am afraid that we also do not operate on a weekend. Our deliveries are therefore week-days only. I can see that the estimated delivery date on your order confirmation was May 10th. Lead times are out of this world! Im still wondering if i got scammed or not, im hoping that it shows up as i ordered it 8 weeks ago and have had no contact since.

We do give this information for our customers on the product listing page, the basket page and on the delivery date page. I can also see that the delivery date was quoted for you, on your order confirmation. It was 'June 4th'. Hi Allyson, I am sorry to hear this, however, after seeing the images you've sent to us via email, I am confident it is nothing to be concerned about. The rug will have just been rolled up for some time and it is likely to just need a bit more time to settle. Regular use/foot traffic will also help the rug to acclimatise and lay flat. If of course you don't see any improvement within a couple of weeks, you're welcome to contact us again. Thank you.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see that you have the rug on top of an existing carpet. Our anti-slip backed rugs are also anti-slip on carpet, but the effectiveness depends on the thickness of the carpet it is being laid on. The thicker the carpet, the less effective it will be, unfortunately. We generally find that anything with the 'Rubber/Gel' backing is much more effective on hard flooring types. e.g. vinyl, wood, tile etc. Please do let us know if you would like to return it and exchange it for something more suitable. Delivery took 1 month longer than stipulated when placing the order. No contact was received from the company as to the delay.

Hi Caroline, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Looking at your order, I can see that the estimated delivery was April 8th, however, it arrived with you on the 26th. I am very sorry for this delay. The supplier of the range you purchased from, delivers stock to us at different times throughout the month. Unfortunately, they do not provide us with exact dates in advance to work with. While we recognise the challenges this may pose, please know that we are reliant on their scheduling and we can only operate based on the information they provide us with. Occasionally, there can be delays which are out of our control. An email should have been sent out to you to provide you with an update. It's possible that this may have filtered into your junk/spam. Great price, but not quite sure it was what I was looking for! Will have to live with it for a while. However, the company itself offered a great service and although when ordering it the estimated time of arrival was 4/8 weeks, it arrived with 5 days.

Quick delivery. As seen on photo. However the quality was below average considering it was not that cheap as expected a thicker pile. Nice design

However, we do understand that it does not have your average thick, plush pile. It is just a different style of carpet. The products thickness is listed in the product information on our website (5.4mm) and we do also explain that it has a "firm feel and offers little comfort. This product is not made to be luxurious, it is made to be very durable and practical". We do understand that people will have different tastes and preferences. It' s ok, but we wanted a heavier runner, this curls up at the edgers. Like the colour.

Hi Maya, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The product you have purchased is listed as being only 2mm thick and is suitable for outdoor and indoor use. Therefore, I am afraid it isn't a plush, thick pile rug. It is also not uncommon for rugs to curl up at the corners, especially if they have been tightly rolled up for transportation. This can cause the fibres to become compressed, and as a result, the corners may appear to curl up when the rug is unrolled and laid out in your home. However, this is not a sign of any manufacturing defect or quality issue with the rug. It may take a bit of time for the rug to fully acclimatise and for the corners to lay flat. Good quality product but the colour is much darker than I expected 😕 it's more dark blue than grey . It was to lie discreetly on top of a grey hall carpet, but it stands out alot. Maybe the colour guide pictures could be a bit more accurate or the colour description.

Additionally, when purchasing items online, it's important to consider that the colour you see on your screen may not be the same as the actual colour of the item. Love the color and design of the rug but the ends were not finished and looked like cut off of a roll of carpet - one side had more black than the other side - not even.

Hi Evelyn, Thank you for leaving us a review. The product you have purchased does not require a bound edge. This is shown quite clear in the images provided on our website. If we were to add a bind to this style of rug, it would potentially damage it. It is manufactured in such a way that it will not pull or fray. With regards to the border being uneven, I am very sorry about this. This is not something that we have witnessed on this range before. It wasn’t what I had expected. Although I loved the idea of custom sizing since my area iOS not standard, it was not quality for an indoor area. This was most definitely an outdoor material. Rough to walk on , no backing. I will not use it in the area for which I purchased it for.

As it explains in the product description, the Aztec range has quite a firm feel and they offer very little comfort. This range is not made to be plush and luxurious, it is made to be durable and practical. Typically, this type of carpet is used in offices, schools, shops etc. It also has a black rubber backing, this is of course what makes the product non-slip. Efficient service but not all that happy with the rug. Has lots of ridges in it ….presumably from previous folding. Hopefully they will disappear over time.

It's important to note that due to the nature of the materials used and the process of shipping, some rugs may develop ridges or waves upon unrolling. However, this is typically temporary and is easily resolved with a bit of time and patience. Rugs often need a short period to settle and acclimatise to their new environment, especially after being tightly rolled during transit.
