“Fantastic service. I rang to order a free sample of the pattern I was interested in. It arrived very quickly and was beautiful. I then placed an order and it has also arrived quickly and it’s lovely - exactly as described and illustrated. These runners are not cheap, but the quality is undeniable and the edges are beautifully finished. I spent a long time researching runners online and was impressed by the Trust Pilot customer reviews about Runrug. The flexibility of sizes was an important criteria, but the fact that I could get a sample before spending quite a lot of money was the clincher for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.”

“I received two different-width runners. I have tried reaching out, but have not heard anything back. One runner was marked 2ft 4" but it is only 2ft. I need someone to help me.”

“Absolutely love our new stair runner. This one by far the most reasonably priced one that I found online and I looked at a LOT. This one looks incredibly similar to a designer one I looked at that was way too expensive.”
