“payed £5 extra for next day delivery and had to wait about 4 days. should've warned me before i payed that it wouldn't be coming any earlier than it would've for free. other than that, great rug, perfect size, comfortable”

“This rug is perfect, just what we wanted. The only thing was it did slip on our laminate floor. We bought an anti slip mat for underneath and now it does not slip at all. It is good quality and a reasonable price. We would definitely purchase from you again.”

“Sadly the rugs I ordered for my mother in law were not suitable for her needs. Communicating with Runrug was so easy via email. They arranged the return collection by DPD to be for the following day and the refund was payed in to my account promptly. Would have no hesitation in recommending them in the future.”
