The sample rug is the exact color needed. However, the sample piece is extremely thin. There is hardly any pile or nap. I contacted customer service on 2 occasions with questions but didn’t receive a response.

Lovely looking rug however used rug tape to stop it from slipping and then tried to move it around a bit to find that the fibres have been pulled out of the rug in 2 places. Not happy as only just laid it down

Rug is of a good quality and we are very happy with it but we paid extra for next day delivery and rug did not arrive for 5 days so we were disappointed with that

Thank you for fast service this cannot be faulted. The quality of the rug is not what I was expecting but you get what you pay for. Would I use the company again Yes.

I'm not thrilled. It is pretty but with the thick rubber backing, it does not lay crisply at the bottom of each riser. It is actually loose. I would call it somewhere between acceptable and poor.

i like the rug and the colour but feels more like outdoor rug and quite rough material

Easy ordering process. Disappointed with the tartan hall runner. Lines are not straight in the tartan all wavy doesn't look right.

Quality of rugs are very good and hardwearing. Delivery very quick. Only issue is the price as shot up since last order...if I were to order same runner I ordered 11 months ago it would now be nearly double the price and that includes 20% off. For this reason 3stars for me

Nice runner but a bit on the thin side, therefore, not suitable for the intended area. Used elsewhere. I will pay more attention to the thickness when purchasing in future.

5/6 weeks delivery, from Belgium, with no communication (no UK manufacturer?). Rug ok but not equally square on both ends.

Regarding delivery time, when your order was placed the Cheops Blue was out of stock and had an expected delivery date of the 5th of May. Quality for the price I paid wasn’t as I was expecting, they are very flimsy poor quality, would not buy from them again, the ends curl up as not a heavy rug, near tripped twice already, as soon as I get better quality it’s gone, not a happy customer
