Hi Shirley, Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear of the delay with your delivery. I can see that we dispatched it on time, however, for some reason there has been a delay on the couriers side. Of course, this is out of our control but we do sincerely apologise on their behalf. I have reached out to them for an update and they have sent their apologies. They have advised to please allow a further 24-48 hours for the delivery to be attempted. “I ordered a runner and it was due beginning of January. It never came and no-one contacted me. When I rang I was told it would be the beginning of February and I would be informed when due. It never came and no-one contacted me. It finally arrived end of February. When I opened the package there was a dreadful smell of hydrogen sulphide. I like the runner but not the service!”

Hi Edward, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am very sorry to hear that we hadn't been in touch to keep you updated on the delays with our supplier. This is most unusual and I will need to look into why this happened. We're normally very vigilant with our customers and keeping them up to date, therefore, I am sorry this was not the case, this time. I am also very surprised to hear that the rug had a horrible smell to it. This is the first time that I've heard this, but I will be sure to relay your comments to the manufacturer. “Good quality - keen prices - easy purchase - dispatch needs overhall - stair runner arrived quickly, paperwork said order dispatched and complete - unfortunately underlaty and gripper were left on loading bay or mislaid - finally arrived after some prompting - good aftersales team I would use them again”
