“Ordered a hall runner as Runrug did the size we needed. We loved the colour and pattern. However, the pile wasnt thick enough. It was s wuick delivery snd the process for returning the item was simple. Would recommend. Great chose and sizes”

“These rugs are exactly as described, excellent value with a good range of products and prices. Cut to exactly the specific sizes I ordered, fast delivery and I have no reservations in recommending this company. My mats are of good quality placed on top of a lounge carpet with double sided carpet tape.”

“An excellent company. I ordered a few samples to begin with and all of them reached me very quickly. Based on those samples I then ordered a staircase runner. The quality of the samples and actual runner were the same. The carpets are very nice and the price was also very good. I had a large order and so my delivery was going to be much later than I would have liked but when I called the customer service team Joe was extremely helpful and resolved the issue such that my delivery came to me on time. Fantastic product and excellent customer service. I have since ordered more from the company and again the product was excellent and delivery was within the timeframe specified. Highly recommended!!”

“I wanted to fully test the product before submitting a review. This was my first kitchen runner order with Runrug, and was a little nervous, but that was silly because it was delivered swiftly and the quality is outstanding. So much so, I ordered another runner a few days later. The website is simple with an array of choices and sizes. “first class customer service and next working day delivery for an extra £5. Can't fault their service. Quality product exactly as described. Purchased a long runner and it did need underlay to stop it moving on a carpet, but they advised of this prior to purchase.”
