“Rug has arrived and the perfect length for the area needed. However, I am wondering if it will lay flat at some point having been rolled fir delivery? I had read reviews before ordering that mentioned this.”

Due to the runner being rolled for transportation, it can take a little time to fully settle. We would expect this to happen within 1-2 weeks. To speed the process up, we recommend rolling the runner in the opposite direction and storing somewhere warm for 1-2 days. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Runrug

It is such a shame as black carpet runners do look very modern and stylish, but they do take quite a lot of aftercare as naturally, they will show more specks of fibres which occur naturally within the home. We're always more than happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days if when it arrives, it doesn't quite meet expectations. Runrug
