“runner arrived well packed and in good time - however, my fault I had ordered the wrong size and it was far too big for the area in the hall. not overly pleased with the quality of the rug and would have sent it back but have had people staying including a 93 year old so have not had the time - probably to late now.”

I have just looked into this for you and I can see that it was safely delivered on: 'Monday April 10'. “Very pleased with the whole shopping experience. The website made it extremely easy to find and select the exact colour and size of runner. Payment was also very straightforward and acknowledgement of the placement of the order was swift and reassuring. These rugs are genuinely very popular with most of our customers. I am sorry to hear that it is sliding, could I ask what type of flooring it is laid on top of? Naturally, this product has a jute/hessian woven backing, which will move on any type of hard flooring. e.g. wood, tiles, vinyl etc. If a product is 'non-slip', we will state this on the product information.
