Hi Roger, Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. I'm truly sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. I understand how frustrating this situation can be. We have just been looking through the tracking details for your order and it does show that our courier (DHL) attempted to deliver to you on both Wednesday and Thursday last week but you were unfortunately not available to receive the delivery. The good news is that looking at the details they are going to attempt to redeliver to you again today! Best wishes, runrug.com
