“Very fast delivery. Excellent quality Wilton runner with neatly whipped edges. Very keenly priced. Would recommend requesting a colour sample if match is important - "beige" has a wide range of shades! Overall, great service and product - would definitely use company again.”

“Having discovered that the length of carpet runner we needed was not the norm having searched on foot in shops, we decided to take a look online and up popped Runrug, upon entering their site I immediately found the length we needed as it is so easy to use the select and choose length and colour, and next day delivery was an option too. We are delighted with the quality and feel of our new carpet runner, it's soft and thick under foot and very strong, a lovely colour with a very well made top quality finish and most importantly the perfect length. I won't hesitate to return if we need another one or to recommend Runrug, 10 out of 10, thank you very much”

We're sorry to hear that there are some issues with your item, Due to the runners being rolled for transportation, they can sometimes take a little time to settle fully. We recommend rolling the runner in the opposite direction to the way it arrived and leaving for 24 hours in a warm place. This should help alleviate the curling.
