“I love the rug. It’s exactly what I wanted . I gave it 3 stars because Ii paid an extra £5 for next day delivery and it took about 5 days after that to arrive . I had also sent 2 emails to enquire about the late delivery”

Hi Susan, Thank you for leaving us a review, we're very pleased you love the rug! We're quite disappointed to hear this regarding the delivery though! Looking at your order information we can see that the order was placed on 'Thursday May 23rd'. The tracking information then states that it was delivered successfully on 'Friday May 24th'. Had you perhaps ordered something else from a different company, which was late? We hope to see you again soon! Thank you.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your review. I do apologise for the delay with your order. I can see that someone from our customer service team has spoken to you today and a replacement rug has been prepared and dispatched for you. As they probably explained, we have been experiencing some technical difficulties which meant that we could not access any of our systems for a number of days. This of course explains the delay and the lack of communication. This was of course an unforeseen problem, therefore it is not how we usually do business. We hope that you will return to us in the future. Thank you.

“Good quality good thickness and with the non slip mat that I bought at same time means the runner does not move. Easy to navigate site with good options for width & length of runners am sure there will be a size and colour to suit anyone”
