“My rug runner for my side entrance floor looks good and feels right for a room that goes out to the garden so gets alot of dirty feet tredding over it. The vacumb soon cleans it off.”

“Great price, but not quite sure it was what I was looking for! Will have to live with it for a while. However, the company itself offered a great service and although when ordering it the estimated time of arrival was 4/8 weeks, it arrived with 5 days.”

“Our original order was unsuccessful as the item in stock was not up to standard and was not going to be replaced. Excellent communication, clear and precise followed by a simple new choice procedure. Without realising the new runner cost more. The extra charge was covered by Runrug as compensation for the inconvenience. Best service for some time”

“I’m absolutely delighted with my new Gingham Brown runner rug. The colours compliment our hallway perfectly. I find it doesn’t need non slip matting as it doesn’t slide around. It looks nice & doesn’t show up any dirt. Highly recommend.”

“waiting for refund. When i ordered a rug online with you it did not say it was out of production when i paid for it. You sent a message after taking the money to say it was not available . I have not received an email to say the rrfund has been processed Kind regards Valerie Duncombe”

Hi Valerie, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're very sorry once again, for the inconvenience caused from our supplier informing us of a production delay. This of course was also very disappointing for us, as we only learned of this information at the same time as you. I can also see that a full refund was successfully processed for you on April 18th. We do usually say to allow up to 5 working days for any refunds to be issued. Therefore, it should be showing back in your account within the next day or so. We hope this hasn't put you off returning back to us in the future! Thank you.
