“Pleased with runner we bought for the hall. Then bought one for the kitchen. We have 2 Labradors. One has arthritis and kept slipping . The runners look great and now she can wander around. Hard wearing snd good value.”

“Listing states carpets 7mm thickness, but is about 2mm”

“Order and delivery went smoothly. The only comment is that the picture of the carpet we selected on your site appeared a darker shade than the actual runrug we received.”

“Although there was a glitch with my order - I was charged the import duty which should have been paid by the company - Runrug responded very quickly to my complaint and the issue was resolved within a couple of days. Very impressive customer service.”

“After searching for a runner rug for our entry hallway I ran across the Runrug site. The site is very interactive and allows you to drill down on exactly what you're looking for. It's very user friendly. What's more amazing is that this rug shipped from the United Kingdom and we got it here in Iowa within 3 days, and I didn't order express shipping! Best of all the rug matches our decor beautifully, and we couldn't be more happy with the selection!”

“I bought a fantastic runner for my kitchen. I use it as a mat for the back doors. Only been down a couple of days but looks good so far. I’d been looking for something to put by back door since the new puppy arrived! Wish I’d found this months ago!”
