“I am pleased with my carpet runner and with Runrug generally. I had to call them about some details and got a very nice, helpful man on the phone. Everything was very quick once I had sorted out delivery times (why I called.) The rug itself is exactly as shown/expected. Obviously the rug is priced as a budget item and with this in mind it is good quality and well finished. I bought the rug gripper from Runrug too, I could have got it much more cheaply on Amazon but the gripper is excellent and I am glad I paid the extra!”

“Quick delivery and arrived at time stated. Very pleased with our purchase and looks great on the stairs. Very easy to reduce the width of carpet as it doesn't fray, this was done to give a slightly wider margin each side on the stairs.The white painted margins together with brass stair rods gives a 5* appearance.”
