Runner that was delivered had a fault in it. I have been in touch and advised there are three ways to resolve. I have notified which way I want to go and still waiting on someone getting back to me with an offer.

Hi Neil, Thank you for your review, although I am sorry to see of the issue with the runner. Looking at the imagery this appears to be a piece of yarn caught up in the runner during the production, which naturally can happen when fibres become caught in the machinery - although we do make every effort to avoid this and it is a very rare circumstance. I can see that my colleague is working with you on a resolution at the moment so I hope we can improve your happiness with our products soon!

I purchased a stair runner, area rugs for both top and bottom of the stairs and padding/wood strips for installation. Quality is better than expected for the price. Design was exactly as shown on the website and delivery was quick. I made an error while checking out to my delivery address and it was corrected in less than 24hrs after contacting customer service. Overall amazing experience. Highly recommend this company. 5⭐️

Ordered and paid for next day delivery 6 days later still not received parcel couriers are useless also gave alternative place to leave parcel but that was ignored Won’t be ordering from this company again, plenty more shops to choose from

Hi Jane, Thank you for your review although we are naturally very sorry that we have not been able to get the perfect runner to your home on this occasion. We have attempted to contact the courier on several occasions but believe that they have had issues finding your home due to the naming of your home rather than it being numbered - although naturally we have passed on yours and our dissatisfaction at this information and the subsequent delay. The local depot had attempted to contact you, but unfortunately the number supplied is not correct, and with you not wanting to share your information for them to seek further advice from you it does leave us at the limit of how we can support to get the runner to yourself. We can understand not wanting to share your details of course. I can see that my colleague has this morning confirmed that we have cancelled your order, at your request, and a full refund will be issued back to you shortly. We do not like to let any of our customers down, so do sincerely apologise for any issues caused.

Quality and attention to detail. I made an order mistake, and they rectified it and corrected it all before delivery. Rugs wrapped really well for transportation also. 10/10

I am being asked for a review before I receive my rug and have had no contact sine I placed the order a couple of weeks ago. Not good service.

Hi Sandra, Thank you for leaving us a review. I am very sorry to see your order hasn't arrived yet. Looking at the tracking information it appears that it was placed into a 'Clearance Event'. Unfortunately this can happen sometimes and of course, this is out of our control. A 'clearance event' is just when the shipment is being cleared through customs and this can sometimes take an additional few days. This is a normal procedure that is required in order to ensure that all shipments are properly documented and that any taxes or duties due, are paid. (We pay these for you, so please don't worry!). The tracking information does state that the delivery is now scheduled to arrive today! (Thursday, October 17) by the end of the day. Please do let us know if it doesn't arrive and we will do all that we can, to look into this for you. Thank you.
