“I purchased 2 runners about 10 days ago and they arrived within 3 days, but unfortunately one of the runners was about 6cm too long, my mistake. When I contacted Runrug they very kindly said to return the runner and they would send out a new one at the correct length. So they actually do bespoke lengths and not just the lengths shown when you order which is fantastic.”

“Rug looked beautiful and great quality however when you walked on it it left footprint outlines . I thought they would drop of quickly but it remained visible. As it would be in the hall which is a main walkway it wasn’t possible for it to look good so I had to return it.”

I understand how frustrating it can be to notice footprints on your rug, and I want to assure you that this can be a common occurrence, particularly with certain types of rugs and carpeting materials. Footprints can become visible due to factors such as the rug's pile direction, density, and the way the light reflects off the fibres. In many cases, footprints will naturally become less noticeable over time as the rug adjusts to its environment and settles into place. “Good morning, this is Scott Strong (Vicki's Husband) our order is not correct. We ordered four pieces of the same style: Aztec Black, lengths: 4', 6', 20', 27'. Order USA269174 See pictures below. We received two of Aztec Black 4', 20' (correct) but two of Inca Black 6', 27' (wrong) Separately, we would like the 6' replacement to be 8'. We will pay for the additional length. “Delivery good but rug is chocolate brown and not light brown as stated Also very thin and curls up on edges and corners. I know it wasn’t expensive but have paid less for a runner in the past and never had these problems”

“Not real happy with the $700++ purchase. It's in a commercial area and the carpet runner slids all over the place, will not stay in place. I should have checked and gotten a rubber back but didn't see those options ...not safe at all. Even if it was in a residential house it would be hazardous and slippery. Nice color, pattern and soft on the feet but not feasible, not sure what we'll do now.”
