“I purchased a runway rug from a Runrug website, but unfortunately, we chose the wrong dimensions. I reached out to the customer service team to inquire about the return process. The team was extremely helpful and patient, which put me at ease. I intend to return the hallway runner rug and will order a new one with the correct dimensions. definitely recommending this business.”

“I was skeptical of ordering a rug from a UK based company and how long it would take to arrive in California, but Runrug performed beyond my expectations. I placed my order late on a Saturday, had my rug the following Wednesday, amazing. There was an issue with the delivery company, contacted customer service and had a response, and resolution, in 24 hrs. I am impressed with this company, and will order again.”
