“The rug is beautiful and really well made. There are so many sizes to choose from and it looks great in our hall. 5.4m long and 700mm wide. Would recommend Runrug to anyone looking for a runner and delivery was quick as well. Also bought the anti slip matting for underneath, we have it on a wooden floor and it doesn't move at all.”

“Very swift order supply ....unfortunately the item ordered showed a different colour to that on the site .. .a shame really as it would have completed our Redecoration .. A good product overall but the shade difference in reality forced us to return. Good company communication and service ....wrong shade . Henry Bradish”

Hi Henry, We are disappointed to hear that the product didn't quite match our images. It can be quite difficult sometimes to get a true representation from images online due to a number of factors including screen resolution, lighting in the studio compared to your home and of course simply poor imagery to name a few. We are now reviewing the imagery and will look to get these corrected and updated. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused.
