A complete disaster, poor quality, marks and defects… and UPS wants me to pay taxes !!!!… Obviously I refused the product and I now I want a refund. An email has been sent to la your helpdesk and I’m waiting for an answer !

Hi Arjan Thank you for the feedback although naturally we are really sorry to see that you had such a poor experience with us. Having reviewed the images that you sent through to us we have then raised this with our support manager at our courier, we are as disappointed as you are to see the condition that the runner was delivered to you in. Similarly with the fees for the taxes these should have been charged directly to our account and we are currently working to ensure that this issue does not happen for any customers in future. I had initially gave Runrug a bad review, because after 3 weeks my items still have not arrived, after however, in light of their quick response to my email, I will revise my review, as the issue was with UPS, they apparently lost the package. Waiting for a delivery on the replacement.

Cannot give a review as runner has not yet arrived. Disappointed as ordered on 15th and didn't leave your premises till 22nd. EVRI picked up parcel 23rd.....not yet delivered.

Hi Jean Thank you for your review although naturally we are sorry to see that the delivery was delayed to yourself. We do endeavour to ensure that all orders are shipped within 4 working days, although I can see that on this occasion it was shipped on the 5th day to yourself. This will be flagged as part of our continual review of our processes to make sure that this does not happen in future to other customers. On the delivery element please do accept my apologies. Not bad rugs. Bought 2 for the kitchen. Very disappointed with the customer service. Paid for next-day delivery only to find that the first rug was lost after waiting 2 days, tried contacting Runrug - no phone number. Sent numerous emails over the next day, no replies. Then discovered RR is part of a larger flooring co. that has other outlets. Phoned one of the shops that offered to provide help, and indeed did. Very grateful to the guy. The issue was resolved. Suggest RR up its communication system and not leave customers in limbo.

I being calling and emailing Runrug over over again to get my staircase runner returned or exchange and still no phone call or email back.i paid good money for the rug to be ignored this way.

I purchased a hallway runner , received in good time as stated. Any issues that I had they responded quickly to resolve the issues. Very happy the service ,will in the future.

The runner is just fabulous - I'll be ordering more soon. Super quality, subtle colours - it looks beautiful. And the Runrug staff are so helpful and friendly - sorted out my mistake in measuring - nothing was a problem.

Hi Tonya Thank you for your review - looking at your order I can see that the piece you have ordered from us the 1 foot in length item, which we usually intend to be used for doormats and/or samples. We do offer this runner in every length ranging from 1 foot to 99 feet long so I am sure that we will be able to supply what you need! This is my 1st time ordering from Runrug and I was not disappointed. The tartan runner looks beautiful in my hall and the quality is very good. I’ve never ordered something like this online before without seeing the goods and I can honestly say it is just like photo on line. I have now ordered the underlay for the runner as I have it on top of my carpet and it does move slightly.

It does help to stop the rug moving but not completely. It is rug on carpet so it's always more difficult to stop it moving.

We still have not reviewed our runner, we’ve had two delivery dates but still not received it. Maybe change your couriers.

Stair runner exactly as represented. Arrived quickly. Online instructions regarding measurement were spot on. Emails with company returned quickly. Highly recommend.

Great range of products, speedy delivery, and can't fault their customer service. Ordered a hall runner, but it was too dark. Very easy communication by email and they were very quick to offer a replacement and returns label. 2nd runner was still not right, but will definitely order again (and make use of their sample service next time).
