Hi Tracey, Thank you for your review, although naturally we are sorry to see that you are not happy! Looking at your order I can see that you have ordered the 30cm long sample version of our product - on all of our runners we do offer drop down options so that you can select the exact length that you need for your home. So that we can support, please could you contact our Customer Experience team using help@runrug.com with details of the length that you do need and we would be more than happy to help.
