“I ordered a 20-foot carpet runner, but received only an 8-foot piece. I contacted Runrug and the customer support rep (Joe Riley) arranged to send me a 14-foot piece including a little extra to account for splicing, since I had already started installing the first piece - didn't notice length until too late. The new piece arrived but the colour was completely mismatched. Joe helped me with the return and with selecting a new pattern (the one we wanted was now out of stock) and sent the replacement 20-foot runner which worked fine. Some complications getting there, but Joe was very helpful and got us what we wanted with no additional charge to us, and gave us a discount because of the inconvenience.”

“I’m so happy I found the site for RunRug. My wife is very demanding and particular. Once I showed her the large variety of colors and that we could get in any length, I was impressed. My order was delivered so quick with no errors or emails stating your order was delayed for this or that reason, I was more impressed. Since my first order, I’ve placed several more, all with quick receipt of high quality stair runners. Thanks”
