“My Reference FR277494 Last week (28 nov) wrote you a mail to ask when my order would arrive. You answered immediately (bravo !) telling me that the delivery was at 29 nov. Hi Klaas, Thank you for your review, although I am really sorry to see of the delay on your runner reaching you. I can see that a member of our team has attempted to reach you via email, but at the moment we have opened a product search with DHL that we are continuing to work with them on. Your order was received at their Paris, France depot but has not moved since then. We will be expecting the results of this search within the next 24 hours, so that we can look to have your unner delivered toyou shortly afterwards. Of course if DHL do not find your package we will gladly look to have this reshipped. Apologies for the inconvenience so far, but please feel free to reach out to help@runrug.com if you have any further questions.

“The carpet runner that I ordered was apparently flawed. I learned this the day it was supposed to be delivered. I have requested a refund. I just received my hallway runner today December 4, 2024. The response to Iain's phone call was amazingly fast. However I am sad to say there is too much red in it so I will have to return it.”

“Happy with the rugs, however I paid £5 for specific day delivery and the rugs were delivered the next day , despite me leaving a message and then calling . They were given to a neighbour I don’t really know, and it was uncomfortable having to go there on my own later that day”
