“Overall experience was a positive one just would have benefited with better communication. As to the process from ordering no mention of the buckets being made to order. Just be better if they were more upfront. It makes it so much easier to plan work .other then that very good product”

I'm sorry that you feel communication could have been better, after orders our system does send a confirmation email, with the lead time on, so I apologise if this wasn't received or if it wasn't clear on the website/email that the items were made to order. “The clay bucket i brought is useless as it is. Its a 6 inch wide bucket but the pins at the top are to long so it could never did a 6 inch wide trench. I would like it sorted please”

“Came on time which is good only trouble 4 of the nuts would not fit the bolts as the threads was different so now down a bucket as could not get ready because I had taken old teeth and side cutters off ..... all sorted it had a phone call 1st thing on Monday with apologise and following day delivery of new nuts and bolt's couldn't fault the response so changing to 5 stars rating thanks for sorting so quickly...”

“Bucket was delivered next day and arrived well wrapped with the blade protected. Good solid construction. I have purchased a few buckets and a hitch from Rhinox. Brilliant company to deal with.”

“Very happy with the rake riddle bucket It’s going to make sorting the stones much easier, it’s well made but that goes without saying! It was nice to visit and meet some of the team at Rhinox on Friday Paul was very helpful, a really professional outfit, And that makes a huge difference nowadays especially thanks again Chris Collins.”

“Hi, I own a small holding, and after 3 years of digging and land clearing, I bought a 1.5Ton JCB. It had three buckets, 9inch 18inch and grading 36inch. But just a standard dipper fixed pin connection. I soon realised how much of a pain swapping buckets was, so looked around for a quick hitch. Rhinox came up on Google with a great manual hitch lot cheaper than hydraulic and you only have to manually release the buckets so out the cab once, pretty easy. So I bought it, it arrived next day well packaged and so easy to fit. It's a game changer for bucket use, I have dug a 160m ditch and cleared 320 to make a path plus built a bridge, going from digging to grading and moving spoil to back to digging really easily no more using a hammer to get pins out and lining up the bucket. Simple and easy on your own. The other day I dug in to a hill and made a flat track 27m long used the three buckets easy changed as needed. Their customer service is great and I would recommend and i am buying a rake riddle bucket next. Thanks”

“Easy process from start to finish, Nothing was a hassle and the response from Warren and his team was fantastic. Ordered at 12.30pm Monday and was with be before 10am on the Tuesday morning. Will certainly be ordering more attachments from Rhinox in the future”
