“Was mark as dispatched when in fact you never even had the item in stock The item was then delayed twice coming into stock Won’t be using again”

Hi Keith, thanks for the review. I can only apologise that the item wasn't in stock and then the dispatch date was moved out. Unfortunately when our shipments are delayed this is out of our control and is usually down to issues with the freight at sea, we do try our best to keep customers informed of any delays that we encounter and do ring and email when delays occur. I can only apologise if you feel you weren't kept inform and I will speak with our web team regarding Ebay and ways we can improve. Once again thank you for the feedback. “Bought this bucket for a job, unfortunately it said it was in stock but it wasn't, decided to wait a few weeks to be made and delivered, the rake bucket is a excellent piece of kit, really loved using it.”

“Wanted a rake bucket for my 1.5ton digger Rhinox were a pleasure to deal with from the telephone order to delivery. The lady I spoke with on the phone was lovely and professional. Bucket had to be manufactured and they did this within the time frame quoted. Bucket is really well made it's nice to see somethings are still made in the UK. Price was reasonable and it was delivered to Pembrokeshire the day after I was notified of dispatch - Very pleased with it. Thanks”

“The pins were to big for the bushes supplied and after heating the bushes the pins have been damaged trying to install into bushes, After market parts , never again with Rhinox Group Ltd”
