Please be assured our product details online states that 'our suppliers source the Crabs from the English East Coast all year round from local fishermen with inshore boats who supply only the best quality crabs that result in the most delicious crab products. They hand-pick the crab meat, mix the brown and white meat, and place them back into a cleaned shell, dressed and ready to eat, no claws just meat'. We aim to provide as much info for our customers alongside photos to assist them in choosing the products., We also have a live chat facility during our office hours (Mon-Fri 8am - 7pm) whereby our team can answer any queries there and then for an instant response.
