“In spite of the number of calls they make to me that I avoid, when I place an order I am never disappointed with the service or quality of the fresh, smoked and frozen fish.
I was out when my last delivery arrived and the driver left my order in a safe place in a cool bag with an ice pack, so everything was still cold when I got home.”

If I'm going to quibble, there's quite a lot of packaging involved - I suspect plastic is necessary for this sort of fish delivery, and vacuum-sealed bags won't work with wet/delicate flesh, but possibly the trays could be smaller?”

The latest is no breaded cod and no idea when it will be when I contacted them. Even the telesales team didn't call last month The new management team need to focus on whats in the packet rather than fancy coloured packaging. I write this in the hope it might help the situation improve.”

“I purchased the skinless salmon fillets and had them for our tea with new potatoes, parsley sauce and veg, what an absolute delicious meal. I can highly recommend them, straight from the freezer in their sealed bags and dropped them in a pan of hot water to simmer for 20 mins… excellent.”
