“nice products - although a bit on the expensive side, they are worth it for the freashness and taste. Delivery is fine and convenient
However, they are very pushy and phone constantly to ask about ordering. I have asked them to stop as I order via their website (which is actually very easy to use) when I want things and not because they are 'delivering in the area next week'. Next time it happens number will be blocked.”

“The fish was lovely. But, the bit I didn't like was the amount of water that came out when it defrosted. This water I'm paying for and I don't like it”

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the fish. The water you noticed is due to the nature of frozen items, as moisture is retained to help preserve freshness. If this is something you’re finding challenging when cooking, we recommend defrosting the fish fully before use to help reduce the water content. “I have been receiving fresh fish from Regal Fish deliveries for many years and have never been let down. The salmon is so much tastier than any I have bought in the supermarket. The delivery drivers are always friendly. The fish fingers seem expensive, but we often order them as they are big and tasty. I can also access recipes via the Regal Fish website. Excellent service.”
