“Most was ok but all of the Callowfit mayo you sent me was off (4 bottles!). Was really thick and almost like jelly. I’ve had this product in the past and certainly never came like that!”

Can't say we've had any complaints about the current stock (although I know from personal experience taste and consistency CAN change alot between batches! Hey Andrew!! Great to have you back in the Mix again!!! So sorry to hear it's been a not-so-enjoyable experience this time around!! On the website... that's my domain and, i'll admit, it's an on-going struggle there!! We do our best to simplify but the reality is we're juggling a vast catalogue and, as much as possible, we like to try and reflect the amount of content we generate for and around the many products we sell, both to assist customer purchase decisions and to convey our enthusiasm for what myself and the team do here; it DOES make it a pretty busy technicolour cacophony on occasion, can't argue that!! Sadly there's no 'one size fits all' technical platform or presentation we can employ to make using it as frictionless and stress-free as possible but, yep, we're always chopping and changing bits, even if not always immediately apparent from the front-end. Please do bear with us... the work continues :) On the donuts, sorry to hear you weren't a fan!! I believe one of my colleagues has been in touch on those now but, as always, we're only an email away!! “Ordered the Deliciou seasoning, found that the product listing felt a bit misleading, the image shows several of them which leads you to think it's a multipack. Doesn't feel like good value for just one of them especially when it has such a short use by.”

“Usually I adore the selection provided but the past two mystery boxes have been virtually identical. It does feel that it is the bars left at the end rather than allowing you to find/explore new bars and flavours.”

Oh no!! You should have said, Aurélia!! So sorry to hear! Couriers can be so heavy-handed these days!! Definitely email Pick&Mix Support on this - support@proteinpickandmix.co.uk - with details of any damages and any photos you can provide and we'll do our best to take DPD/Chronopost to task and to make this right for you!! Apologies for the trouble (and the mess!!) Thanks as always for the order, though...totally appreciate it's tricky to keep 'mixing' post-Brexit!

Hey there!! So sorry you missed the various notices I put on the Awesome Supps product pages but this is intentional, i'm afraid! With the recent rebrand, hand-in-hand with the more recyclable bags/packs (Awesome Supps used to ship in white plastic tubs) and their newly reinforced sustainability-focused company ethos, the plastic scoops within the bags were removed. An admirable move - and I think their belief is that folks will almost certainly have appropriate scoops from prior protein purchases/kitchen scales they can use to measure the servings - but I understand where you're coming from on the convenience front and, yep, my unfortunately necessary site alerts and notices aside, it IS quite a surprise at this point not to find scoops within packs (especially when, as you say, packs may make traditional, legacy reference to 'scoops' instead of 'servings'). Perhaps it'll become more common in time not to have plastic scoops in these sorts of products... guess we'll see!! Probably a sensible, conscientious move going forward. ...can't fault the protein, though!! Always been a bestselling range for us, in tubs or, now, in gloriously green packs! Hope you're enjoying the shakes themselves and, should you be after a reload down the line, give us a shout when you stop by... i'll add-in an appropriate scoop for you myself! :) Ant
