“First order was fine - a good selection of bars & cookies, even a doughnut! Went back and placed another order for the next month's mix (x2) and I was disappointed to find a pre-workout mix & whey protein drink among the offering. Then I found that the packs of 'Sour fish' were made with bovine gelatine - so they were of no use to me either. So, lesson learnt, the mixes' contents are listed - but it's a bit of a faff to look at each month's inclusion(s). Want to be able to say - send snacks, no drinks, and make it vegetarian only - so will have a look around and see if there are other sites for this.”

“I received the package with the seal opened I didnt know as to why or had any reason for it. To be honest I haven’t used the protein I’ve just went to my local protein powder place to get another product. I haven’t yet found another review like mine so I’m not sure how often this happens but Yh it happened to me :(”

Hi Farhad!! Welcome to the Mix! So, so sorry for the disappointment here... no, i've not seen or heard about any issues with the seals on these Applied tubs either so i'm guessing just bad luck at the factory with a weak heat-seal or perhaps a big knock in transit here (couriers are very heavy-handed sometimes! 🤦‍♂️) ...you should have just given us a shout, though!! Easy fix here! Please just contact the support team on usual address - support@proteinpickandmix.co.uk - with your order details (and, if you have them, any photographs if the delivery was damaged or in a real state when it reached you...anything like that!!) and we'll be able to sort a return on the defective tub and get a replacement out *right away*!! 🙂 Apologies again! Hey Gemma!!! Awesome to have you back in the Mix once again!! :) THANK YOU!!! Oops!! That sounds like it might be a bit of an oversight on our part!! Sorry! We have such a daunting range of goodies up for grabs that even after all these years and with the control systems we have in place we manage to miss things sometimes! :( Aaaaand with some of the imports it can be very tricky to get our hands on things with half decent 'best before's' in the first place but, that said, this shouldn't have impacted the goodies in this latest order of yours!! Hey Mirina!! Thanks for stopping by the Mix... just so sorry you weren't a fan of some of your goodies! :( Wish we could guarantee every snack hits a 'home run' with folks but, alas, I know it's not always the case (and the protein cereals, whilst rocking some quite amazing low sugar, low carb, protein-packed nutritional creds *are* too expensive... with you on that!). On squashed and melted bars, though?!!! That's definitely something I don't want to hear! We've endeavoured to highlight to folks the risks around ordering chocolatey snacks during hotter periods (fortunately few and far between in the UK!) with crazy conditions like we saw last week, and we always try our best to upgrade to beat delivery estimates and to bundle, bag, wrap and protect particularly vulnerable snacks as much as possible butttt... sadly we're 'in the hands of the gods' a little bit when it comes to environmental heat and the weather, compounded by the fact we can't guarantee couriers will take as much care as we'd like of their precious chocolate-coated cargo. :( Bleurgh. Sorry!! I just checked our Customer Support messages and I don't think you've contacted us about any issues but... please do!! That's what we're here for! Hit up support@proteinpickandmix.co.uk with issues, details and snaps of any casualties and we'll get right back to you!! Thanks again for making a first visit to the Mix, though!!
