Hi there! Thanks so much for stopping by the Mix last week! Arg, so sorry... we were totally unaware of any delivery issues here!! We've had nothing flagged-up and, hopping on the tracking, the courier has this photographed actually in-hand and the captured GPS location looks bang on but, as always, with any issues please don't hesitate to give our Customer Support a shout - support@proteinpickandmix.co.uk - and the team can jump in and investigate further!! :)

Hi there!! Thanks for stopping by the Mix!!! So sorry our couriers seem to have let you down on your very first visit! 🤦‍♂️ Things always go a little nuts this time of year and looks like your order hit right in the middle of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday chaos! DHL don't seem to have had the time to read a map or check their sat-nav when trying to deliver this one, by the looks of things... apologies!! Wish you'd given us a shout so we could have sorted this days ago for you as DHL seem to have draaaaagged it out 🙈 Either way, we're on the case!! 💪 Will drop you a mail now and you can fill me in... we'll make this right ASAP!! Hey Wael!! Thanks for stopping by the Mix from all the way over there!! Yep... i'm afraid, as we've done our best to make customers aware, post-Brexit shipping into the EU is prone to Customs delays :( Shipping out to you there is a '5 - 7 working day' service with Royal Mail and we're still within that window and I can see via the tracking the parcel has arrived in your country and is awaiting Customs clearance so hang in there... shouldn't be too much longer!! :) Always best to email our Customer Support (support@proteinpickandmix.co.uk) if you're after an update or have any concerns but i'll email you extra tracking info myself now!! Hey Niall! Great to have you back in the Mix! Hope you're well out there!! So sorry, buddy... didn't know you were still without here! Ireland remains tricky post-Brexit thanks to the extra Customs checks... even for a simple order like yours. :( I've reached out to DPD to see if there's anything they can tell us/do to speed this one up so let's keep our fingers crossed! Best bet is to give us a shout - support@proteinpickandmix.co.uk - if still no luck in the next few days and, aside from bashing our heads against the wall, we'll figure out a Plan B!! Thanks again!!
