Hi there!! Great to have you back in the Mix!! So, so sorry your goodies aren't in your hands yet! :( Best bet is always to give my customer service crew a shout (either via support@proteinpickandmix.co.uk or even by dropping into our DM's on Instagram or Facebook) when couriers are giving you the run-around and they'll hop right on it buuuuut i've just pulled up your order tracking myself now and - good news! - it doesn't look like anything has vanished or been mis-delivered! From what I can see they missed you at home twice at the end of last week and it's being (fortunately!!) held safe at depot for re-delivery or collection but, yep, leave it with me!! I'll dig a little deeper right now, check our options and give you a shout back on email! Apologies again! We'll make this right ASAP!! Ant
