Each and every item is packaged with care both for shipping and the environment, not any wasted space or packaging. Freebies and little extras added to orders are much appreciated. Comms is always super quick and informative with a personal touch, not any form emails. When the very occasional issue occurs, it is resolved quickly and most satisfactorily. Ant and his team have outstanding customer services skills, second to none. One of the best online shops ever!”
