Hi there!! Thanks for stopping by the Mix!!! So sorry our couriers seem to have let you down on your very first visit! 🤦‍♂️ Things always go a little nuts this time of year and looks like your order hit right in the middle of the Black Friday/Cyber Monday chaos! DHL don't seem to have had the time to read a map or check their sat-nav when trying to deliver this one, by the looks of things... apologies!! Wish you'd given us a shout so we could have sorted this days ago for you as DHL seem to have draaaaagged it out 🙈 Either way, we're on the case!! 💪 Will drop you a mail now and you can fill me in... we'll make this right ASAP!! “Great service. There was low stock on sour strips and there had been for a while. I emailed to ask if there were plans to get anymore stock, at which point Milli was very transparent and said that due to inflation, it wasn't worth getting more in at the time as it would mean upping the price of what's already a pretty expensive product. A while later, Milli got back in touch to say there had been a restock, and also answered honestly when I asked if it would be worth waiting until Black Friday (which was a week away). She said they'd be discounted at 10% so I waited, and now I have 18 bags of the stuff. Would highly recommend sour strips if you're a fan of sour sweets, and I would highly recommend shopping with Protein Pick & Mix. Thanks for the amazing service Milli and the team!”

“The delivery was not successful and this has not been delivered to my address, I was in at the time and the person can be seen walking up to my door on the camera and then walking off. Not your guys fault so I have rated highly but sad I never got it x”

“I wanted to change my flavour from sugar plum to temp v the boys. I sent an email and Ant did this for me with no bother at all. He even didn't charge me any extra for it. If you haven't thought about buying from this company yet please do it's free delivery and they have some great products on offer you can't get anywhere in the UK!”
