“Potters of Buxton is my go-to place to shop now. An excellent range for women and I particularly like Soya Concept and Barbour. The assistants in the women’s section are friendly and engaging. Always a pleasure! I’ve also used online ordering which worked well.”

“It is my pleasure to shop at Potters of Buxton & support a family run business. Menswear & Ladieswear departments both offer excellent choice & quality garments. We as a family never fail to find what we are looking for both in shop & online. The rewards scheme is excellent & very much appreciated. In store you are served & made to feel valued. All staff members are friendly, polite & informative. Their knowledge is appreciated & always willing to help. The shop is a delight, beautiful furnishings & excellent cleanliness throughout. Would certainly recommend this business, for excellent customer service .”

“The store had a good selection of garments, but the staff weren’t over helpful, there was no greeting when we entered the store, if anything they seemed suspicious of us which was a shame .”
