“Ordered on line for collection at high Wycombe, got email of order, then email of invoice, was informed 1-2 day for collection. Rang head office and was told ready for. Pick up at the Epsom branch. Waited for text or email stating when to pick up at high Wycombe, nothing sent to me. Rang the high Wycombe pick up company and they came back to me saying they had the shower at their shop?? Asked them when they got the shower unit and they said previous day, and said it was not up to them to notify me that the product was ready for collection, it was up to Plumb2u??”
“The showers were fine but the delivery took an additional 3 days as they couldn’t find my house. I phoned DX and waited for 1hr on two occasions for the calls to be answered, gave more details and my phone number and still didn’t get delivery. I had to go out and find the driver.”

Delivery by Royal Mail, which is always a bonus.
Delivery took longer than estimated, but this was due to a Royal Mail issue not Plumb2u (who were quick to look into it).
Would happily order from the company again.”
“Attractive price but 7-working day delivery time is too long and not prominent when buying. Ours took 8 working days which is too long. Errors made with tracking with Royal Mail which made things work. Support responsive but not looking for solution.”
