“I ordered from you. fine. You notified despatch. You sent me a DPD message saying the goods were delayed. Enquiries on DPD to no avail so I advides you three days ago that DPD said there was a dely. You were suprised and would strat an investigation. Nothing has been heard.

This time though the tiolet seat did have sticky tape on that caused a small amout of mess that we needed to take some time and clean off, eventually with WD40!! This was a touch annoying, as the seat was shrink wrapped and clearly came from the manufacturer is this way.
Apart from this excellent and will use again.
