“Excellent serivce from ordering to return. Unfortunately my kitchen tap was damaged on delivery, they offered to replace it with another one but this had now been discontinued. Once the tap had been received by them, they very promptly refunded my monies. I would have no hesitation in using them again.”

“Had to wait a few days for delivery as part was out of stock. However, pleased with product, good price and quality. Not fitted yet, due to old fittings being difficult to remove. Good design that the lever which holds the ball onto the valve is adjustable for position in cistern and length of arm.”

“Had to wait over two weeks as seems first one went a drift when contacted they had no problem in resending another but then down too Royal Mail taking 3 days to deliver may be use a different courier use to speed things up Would I but again I’d give them another chance yes”
