“Very poor. Chased order 3 times by phone and email. Nobody would answer the phone and no replies to emails. Eventually after 3 weeks I got a reply email and managed to get a refund. Bought what I was after from another company who delivered in 24 hours at no extra charge. So, I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Go else where for better service and communication.”

“Great service. Ordered a new shower engine. Acknowledgement and all communications were good and prompt. Delivery even at this Xmas time of year was very good. Parcel intact and cared for. Needed a new replacement electric shower engine quickly so this service was just what I needed. ThankU-Plumb2u I'll definitely be using you again and would recommend others to use you.”

“Ordered a direct feed pressure water tank. It came with all fittings, valves and expansion tank. All I had to do is make the connections. At my age I don't get impressed about much but this Plumb2U impressed me. It did exactly what is said on the tin. Easy install, cured the low water pressure issue I had and customer service for tracking the order was spot on. Will defense again”

“Absolutely disgraceful service. Paid £375 for a boiler that never arrived and was returned to them, yet they are still holding my money. Customer service is nonexistent—emails ignored, no refunds, no accountability. This company should not be trusted with your money. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.”

“I ordered Nerrad Ratchet pipe cutter I received Cutter not working fault I contacted plumb2 They said they contacted nerrad still waiting i had job 54 mm pipes I couldn’t do job very poor service i don’t know how long takes their response Never buy again this company”
