“Excellent customer service. I ordered a replacement room thermostat using the model number on the original. Discovered before delivery that I needed a different model (supplier change to wireless version). Plumb2U quickly emailed a returns form and promptly credited my card when it was returned intact. Good service.”

“Shocked with customer service. Water softener was delivered damaged. Not them to fault. I have refused to take it. Asked to send replacement or refund. Reply was when DHL returns the parcel when We will-send replacement . No money no parcel . Have to ask paypal to involved to get money back . No response. Think twice how you pay for companies”
