“Ordered a couple of spare parts for a toilet purchased from porcelanosa ten years ago - was concerned that the sizing/ style would be incorrect for such an old model ,but no ,it was perfect and the toilet now works brilliantly! And for a lot cheaper than I thought it would be !! Delivery was excellent ,it much have literally been despatched as .my order was received ,it was that quick! !! Extremely pleased.”

“It was easy to order and the items were dispatched promptly, however, they disappeared into a black hole and Royal Mail's tracking was empty. I contacted Plumb2u who chased up the delivery straight away. RM delivered two weeks late but that was not Plumb2u's fault. Their customer service was spot on. Thank you.”
