“Attractive price but 7-working day delivery time is too long and not prominent when buying. Ours took 8 working days which is too long. Errors made with tracking with Royal Mail which made things work. Support responsive but not looking for solution.”

“Recently needed to service my excellent Stuart Turner Monsoon shower pump. I struggled to find a local supplier of the parts I needed. “I was looking for a reasonably-priced modern tap to replace a very dated looking tap which had started to fail. Having used Bristan taps before I searched for one that suited my needs and found the Dune. It is a lovely looking tap with plenty of height inder the outlet and naturally, being a Bristan, has super smooth operation. The flow is very clean without any splashing and works fine on gravity-fed hot and direct mains cold supply. For this price this is an ubeatable purchase, I have paid MANY times this price for other taps and as far as can tell they perform no differently. Purchasing was simple and delivery impressively fast. Highly recommended.”

“I was a little disappointed with the length of time it took to receive the shower that I ordered, was ordered on the 15/06/25 received on the 26/06/25. After emailing Martin who I must say was very good he explained that they were waiting for it was come from the manufacturer which I understood that was out of their control.”

“Price was good, but paid for it several times over with delivery - much too slow to local partner shop (11 days, not 3-5), and had to keep chasing to find out where the order was - website had no info. Promised to tell me when available - and didn't do that, chased to find it was waiting for me!”
