“I placed an order for an Aqualisa shower on the 5th of August which was competitively priced. I did not pay for express delivery, however I did not receive the shower until the 12th and only then after chasing it.”

“I ordered from you. fine. You notified despatch. You sent me a DPD message saying the goods were delayed. Enquiries on DPD to no avail so I advides you three days ago that DPD said there was a dely. You were suprised and would strat an investigation. Nothing has been heard. NOT GOOD. .”
