“Good service with unfortunate delays.
I placed a order on Friday, payed extra for express delivery and item delivered early on Saturday.
Unfortunately, there was a dispatch mistake and the item delivered was not the item I had ordered.
An added unfortunate circumstance was that the company was closed on Saturday until Tuesday, as it was the New Year weekend.
My message was picked up early on Tuesday and arrangements made promptly for replacement and collection of incorrect item. Next day I received correct item and collection of incorrect item, All went very smoothly so very efficient service. However, it does raise the question of the express delivery charge, as effectively I had to wait 5 days for delivery of the item I needed.
Would I use this company again. Yes, these mistakes happen.”
“I thought I was ordering Harvey Mini Curve Blocks and the rectangle blocks which I received do not fit my machine and I have to chop them up with a hammer which is difficult. I couldn't send them back as the packaging was torn and rainwater had got in so it was all in a mess.”
“Excellent service, other companies were selling the same shower pump a bit cheaper but didn’t have stock. Anyone can have a cheaper price but it’s no good if they can’t supply the goods. Thoroughly recommend them”

“The Croyden WC solid wood seats are excellently engineered and have been fitted relatively easily once got the hang ......... the slight weakness is the sticky pads support tight-fitting but when rung Customer Services without hesitation have sent some replacements. A can do no quible attitude
