“Excellent products and service. Items are easy to order and generally arrive in one or two days. I use the Eco nest product as part bedding for my guinea pigs. It provides warmth, absorbs liquids and is easy to clean out. What's more (and one of the reasons I use Eco nest) it's made of recyclable material and the packaging is biodegradable. In all, a great product and price and free shipping if I spend over £20. Keep it up Pillow Wad team.”

“The hay and treats are of such good quality and our Bunnies can't get enough! There were so many binkies this morning after they had their brekkie. The dandelion root is a massive hit also. We will now be using you all the time. Thank you.”

It’s such good value for money and you can clearly tell how fresh and natural it is - my guinea pigs enjoy it thoroughly! So many different varieties and delivery is super quick! “I've owned rabbits for +10 years and I started buying meadow hay from Pillow Wad about 6 months ago after the quality of the hay from my original supplier had become poor. I am delighted to have found Pillow Wad and would happily recommend them to anyone. The hay is an excellent quality, the delivery arrives within a couple of days, and the packaging is biodegradable. Most importantly, 'old lady' Flo rabbit (12 this year) gives the hay 10/10, which is the highest praise I can bestow :-)”

We are very sorry to hear about the sticks and branches in your bag. Unfortunately, because of the nature of the product being grown outside we cannot stop all unwanted items in our products. We have several things in place to try and stop unwanted items in our products. All bags go through a metal detector, and we visually check from loading the bale into the machine to when the products are packaged. On our packaging, we do advise that you get in touch with us if there are any issues with the products and we are happy to work with you to find a solution. If you would like to drop us an email we can help sort this for you.
