“When it works it works, when it doesn't it doesn't. It can be quite frustrating when it doesn't. This can be partly Royal Mail's fault. However sometimes the communication can be sporadic with Pharmastores, this can badly delay the delivery. On the plus side they are trustworthy. The products are genuine and of good quality. I just think it is quite pricey, so they need to get a bit better at getting the orders out (no matter what day it is). Overall though they are honest, just a bit disjointed on the communication and speed of delivery side of things. 7/10 times- I am happy.”
“Once order is complete everything is 👍 and product is ok for price. But getting Comformation can take a while. So if your in a rush beware. But if not and I believe there is time zone difference they are helpfull and come up with the goods in the end 👍.”
“I would give 5 but the payment process is awful. The website allows card details to be entered but doesn't take payment. You then need to contact via whatsapp to get the payment processed. This is time-consuming and the process changes from links to them giving bank account details or you need to be online when they are processing the payment to accept the banking apps notification. There is a delay in response which I think is a time zone issue. I am in the UK and only seem to get responses later in the evening. Aside from that the products are of a good standard and delivered fairly quickly but given the payment issues, I would recommend you order way before you need your medication.”
“Been ordering for years. Last couple of times they were slow to answer but just ordered on Thursday last week and arrived today! Brilliant wouldn’t go anywhere else”
“Have used this company many times for over 15 years. Good products and customer service are helpful but checkout is a problem depending on your credit card company. It always rejects my credit card requiring me to do a bank transfer which works but causes a small delay so overall 4 out of 5 stars. Trustworthy, always delivered. Would use them in the future.”
