“They always send product eventually, but they mess you about with shipping 50% of the time. They always answer you when they are taking payment, but just ignore you, or tell you its shipped when it isn't or promise they can ship on a date then don't. It's quite annoying.”

“When it works it works, when it doesn't it doesn't. It can be quite frustrating when it doesn't. This can be partly Royal Mail's fault. However sometimes the communication can be sporadic with Pharmastores, this can badly delay the delivery. On the plus side they are trustworthy. The products are genuine and of good quality. I just think it is quite pricey, so they need to get a bit better at getting the orders out (no matter what day it is). Overall though they are honest, just a bit disjointed on the communication and speed of delivery side of things. 7/10 times- I am happy.”
