“Paid for an order 2 and half weeks ago and they've ignored my emails and not sent my order. I don't understand what's happened I've been a customer for over 10 years now and never had a problem before. If there's an issue with stock I wish they'd just reply to my emails to let me know rather than just ignore my emails. If I ever receive my order I'll update this”

“When it works it works, when it doesn't it doesn't. It can be quite frustrating when it doesn't. This can be partly Royal Mail's fault. However sometimes the communication can be sporadic with Pharmastores, this can badly delay the delivery. On the plus side they are trustworthy. The products are genuine and of good quality. I just think it is quite pricey, so they need to get a bit better at getting the orders out (no matter what day it is). Overall though they are honest, just a bit disjointed on the communication and speed of delivery side of things. 7/10 times- I am happy.”
