“Having skin problems, especially on my hands, for over ten years, I have used quite a few different creams, lotions and ointments. I understand my doctors surgery is incredibly busy at the moment, and didn’t feel the problem was so bad, and didn’t want to bother my doctor. So I self diagnosed and ordered cream that I received two days later, had I had gone through my surgery I would probably still be waiting for an appointment and even longer for the cream.”
