“After suffering from a UTI all weekend I contacted my GP surgery requesting medication but they refused without seeing me. I work 3 x 12 hour shifts so unable to get there for 4 days. I had no choice other than to purchase Nitrofurantoin which I had been prescribe before. Took a few days to arrive but still quicker than waiting to go to the GP.”
