“Ordered 16 days ago and still not arrived . Royal Mail has lost the parcel and it is apparently another 10 or so days delay while pharmacyonline raises the issue with them. Presumably they will then be able to send the product out again but it will have been around a month of waiting for it to arrive . Not the best service particularly when dealing with medicine that people are potentially in need of . I know it isn’t pharmacyonlines fault the parcel was mislaid, but am annoyed the product couldn’t have been re-sent to me in the meantime.”

Hi Hannah, Thanks for your feedback. We do apologise for what you have had to deal with. Sadly our hands are tied as we have to follow our procedures and policies before we snd out another replacement item. Once Royal Mail have sent back the original parcel and we take custody of it, we will be in a position then to resend it out to you. We do hope this experience hasnt put you off using our service in the future

“Brilliant, especially during Lockdown when getting a GP appointment is like finding rocking horse you-know-what. I went through their online doctor process, bought the correct treatment and received it next day. A week later and I'm sorted. Great.”
