“Ordered tablets and paid next day delivery due to needing to start the course quickly. They didn't arrive until 3 days later, so had passed the date that the course needed to be taken, and no refund offered very disappointing 😕”

“As we all know trying to get a Dr appointment can sometimes be a long wait, I suffer with Psoriasis and when I flare up I blister, I had lost my Dermovate and was desperate, I filled in an online form, showed a couple of pictures, had my delivery 2 days later! So so grateful 🙏”

“Everything was great until Royal Mail had to deliver the item. Even payed fast one day delivery the item was not delivered and I had to check for it in the local Depot. No one could explain why it was still there and waiting to be delivered. However I live 5 minutes away from the post depot. I would advise using different courier for fast deliveries.”
